INTERNAL FLIGHTS

Fiji Airways ensures most connections between islands at very affordable prices.

TRUCK

They are basic but plentiful and inexpensive in both Viti Levu and Vanua Levu.

CAR RENTAL

The best way to discover Viti Levu and Vanua Levu – the larger islands of Fiji is to drive around these islands. An economy class car costs from €30 per day, relatively less if used. However, the worst sections of Queens and Kings Road, as well as most of the roads leading from them into the island's interior require rugged 4WD vehicles that can easily cost more than twice as much.

SHIP

A functional network of ferries from several companies – Patterson Brothers, Beachcomber Cruises and Consort Shipping, among others, ensures the connection between the main islands and between these other secondary islands offshore. As a rule, sea connections allow you to save a lot compared to flights.

OTHER

Most young Australian and New Zealand visitors choose to explore as much of the Fijian archipelago as possible by signing up for tours. There are many companies that organize them and have a good presence on the internet.
